The Lootah Group, closely
associated with developing much of Dubai’s skyline since the early 1960s,
today operates a professionally managed real estate company that owns a range of properties in
Dubai,Sharjah and Ajman. SS
Lootah Real Estate completes 40 years in the business with 1,000 leased units
to its credit and is all set to introduce innovative schemes changing the
very nature of realy estate in the country.
The guiding principle of the
company, and in fact that of the group, has been the creation of value added
facilities and services that enhance living standards. It is with this objective in mind
that Al Haj Saeed Lootah initiated action on housing schemes in Dubai in the
late 1950s. This was through his
own personel effort as well as through the Dubai Municipal Council of which
he was the first Chairman.
