S. S. Lootah Ready Mix Company is one of the largest producers of Concrete in the Emirates and is recognized as one of the nation’s leading producer.

The Concrete Plant is located in Al Qusais area. The plant consists of two fully computerized systems with a capacity of producing 80 M3 of concrete per hour. S.S. Lootah Ready-Mix Plant is operational 24 hours a day and is equipped with modern cooling inclusive of ice making machines. In addition, other sets of equipment are used for greater horizontal and vertical heights. A large fleet of well maintained “ State of Art” trucks is available for product delivery.

They want the assurance of consistent product quality, timely delivery and security. They are also looking for flexibility and expertise to meet their special requirement on a continual basis

PLANT :

The Plant is located in Al Ghusais adjacent to Dubai Abattoir on the new Sharjah Road. It consists of two modern fully computerized Leigbherr, German make wet batching plants. The two batches have been installed recently in 1994 and 1996.

CEMENT SILOS :

There are six cement silos, three of which for each plant with a capacity of 100 tons each.

ADMIXTURE TANKS

The total number of admixture tanks is four with a capacity of 10,000 liters each. Additional dispensers are provided in each plant. We also produce special concrete mix with Microsilica, Calcium Nitrate.

ICE PLANT

Two numbers of ice plants are available, which are able to produce 14 tons of flake ice per day. Ice can be stored upto 1500 bags of 15 kg each.

CHILLERS

There are two chillers. One with 125 Mt Tons and the other with 80 Mt Tons water cooling capacity.

DISTRIBUTOR :

A distributor of 12 meters length is available for high rise buildings.

AGGREGATE STORAGE

There is a storage space of 10,000 cu.m for storing of aggregates.
